This article is about how China is increasing their military budget. This is very alarming for may people. Even with the increase of their budget though China does not even come close to the US's spending budget of 700 billion for the military. This increase is just to help modernize china's weapons and help train their troops. People have been wanting China to become more modern and if China is to do that they must also modernize there Military.
