If china accomplishes their goal of one million cars a year till 2015 that would greatly help with the pollution problem there. Not only that but it would show the average Joes of the world that china can make more then just plastic toys. This is a big move that china is making it is not just for them but every one. If china can do this then it means other countries can too. This is a good step in the right direction.
