Chinese citizens are succeeding where Americans most clearly fail, in educating their children. Perhaps the most powerful portent of what may eventually be dubbed the "Chinese Century" is China's meteoric rise through the international educational rankings. Yet for some reason they continue to envy the system that all of us had to endure to reach the university level....
