Chen Guangcheng, a Chinese activist, has previously spoken out against forced abortions and sterilizations conducted by Chinese officials. Chen Guangcheng was released in September from a four-year prison term, but has since been held on a twenty-four hour house arrest. ChinaAid has recently released the video included in the above link, which includes an interview with Chen Guangcheng, and evidence of house surveillance.
The one-child policy is a delicate issue in Chinese society, and whether or not Mr. Chen's claims are true, this video lends credence to the idea that the Chinese government does not want such suspicions advertised.
Chen Guangcheng's prison term was based on charges of disrupting traffic and damaging property.
